Ocean View Villa Rates

Ocean View Villa is luxury self catering house with 3 lovely en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large spacious lounge-dining area and breathtaking views of the ocean and mountain. Terms & Conditions
- Winter Promotion, 2012 Stay for 4 nights pay for 3 nights
- 23 Dec – 10 Jan: Minimum 4 nights stay
- ALL Christmas/ New Year bookings need to be secured with a 50% deposit by 1.July
- All rates are quoted per room, incl. breakfast, in South African Rands inclusive of 14% VAT and tourism levy and are subject to change without notice.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of 50 % of the total accommodation amount, payable immediately. The balance of the accommodation amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Confirmation of your reservation will be issued upon receipt of your deposit.
- All children under 3 years stay free of charge, all older children are charged the 3rd person supplement. Maximum capacity of extra beds per room is 1.
- Cancellation charges:
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of total due
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of total due
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of total due

- Rates do not include breakfast as this is Self-catering

Please note:
The cleaning of rooms which is included in Room Rate will be done from Monday to Friday excluding 25.12 and the 01.01.
If you wish for your rooms to be cleaned on the weekend, it will cost an extra R250 per day. Please inform reception, if you would like your rooms cleaned on the weekends.
